In 99 cases out of 100 I don’t get curious on how an artist sound like after hearing their name. They got to convince me first and then I can say ”yeah this music goes really well with that name”. But then there are that 100th artist that acutally makes me wonder ”how the hell does this sound”. Rambla Boys with their new track Valderambla is that kind of artist. Anyone grewing up in the 90’s liking football couldn’t have missed Colombian Carlos Valderama (if you don’t have a clue, go read this Wikipedia article). So okey, how would music inspired by Carlos Valderama sound like? Well, really really good I have to say (as you might have guessed since I’m writing this). I mean, big hair and pumping disco house. Who could resist?

Rambla Boys is since 2007 a project from Vienna consisting of DJ’s, VJ’s, dancers and home made special effects. They’ve been signed to Mozzarella Recordings which should give you a hint that this is good stuff.
